Have a particular concern about a property you're buying? Tell your surveyor before the inspection

Your RICS surveyor will, during any home inspection, make as much use of the time on-site to uncover any suspicions of any major defects and report these to you fully in their report.

Even though that is the case, if you've got something that you're particularly concerned about that you've spotted when viewing the property, please tell your surveyor before the inspection because they can make a particular point of looking at that area of your concern and they'll ensure that it is covered fully in their written findings.
