With the Industrial Revolution came great development within Dudley both with housing and the town itself. The population grew and houses were built and many of those Georgian and later, Edwardian properties are still available. There is a large off-plan property that is being converted from the Dudley Guest Hospital to apartments that will be designed for contemporary living. It will be known as Bourne Hall once conversion is complete. The nearest new development to Dudley is Himley View in Kingswinford which offers two bedroom apartments, some of quick are available to be purchased through the Help to Buy scheme.

Dudley has lots of main roads runnning through it including the A4037/Duncan Edwards Way, The Broadway and Priory Road. Residential roads sandwiched between these larger road may be subject to raised levels of noise pollution. This includes Hazel Road, Bourne Street and Maple Road.

Is a Mortgage valuation a defect survey?
