Be prepared for questions about your project!
People typically approach a structural engineer to provide drawings and support when they are planning an extension or a loft conversion in their property. Whatever the project is, you should be prepared for the engineer to ask many questions at the start. This is necessary and is entirely in your interests.
It may be, for example, that on occasion it turns out that a project is not feasible, either because of complications or costs or both.
